Description

These 5-Ingredient Oreo Balls (Truffles) are a delightful treat, blending the rich taste of chocolate with the crunch of Oreos. Perfect for parties or a quick snack!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 12 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped
  • 23 teaspoons coconut oil

Instructions

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or zip-top bag.
  • Mix the crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and cottage cheese together until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Melt the chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating it fully, and place back on the baking sheet.
  • Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until the chocolate has set.

Notes

For easier rolling, chill the mixture if it’s too soft.
Try using flavored Oreos for a unique twist!
Store the truffles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
