Description
These Baileys Chocolate Truffles are a delightful no-bake treat combining rich flavors of cream liqueur and chocolate. Easy to make for any gathering, they are sure to please anyone with a sweet tooth!

- 400 g biscuits nice / biscoff / graham crackers / tennis
- 1 can (13oz / 375g) condensed milk
- â…“ cup (50g) cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons baileys original cream liqueur
- ½ cup coconut for coating the truffles
- ½ cup chocolate sprinkles for coating the truffles
Instructions
- Crush the biscuits in a large ziploc bag using a rolling pin or blend in a food processor until crumbly.
- Transfer the crushed biscuits into a mixing bowl.
- Add condensed milk, cocoa powder, and Baileys to the biscuit crumbs.
- Mix thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Form the chilled mixture into balls the size of glass marbles.
- Roll each ball in coconut or chocolate sprinkles and place in paper cases.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
Ensure the biscuits are finely crushed for even mixing.
You can use any type of biscuit you prefer; graham crackers work well too.
Feel free to substitute coconut with nuts for a different coating.
