- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole cranberries
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/2 cup organic brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons warm water

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Marinate turkey wings with olive oil, smoked paprika, seasoning salt, garlic, and onion powder. Let rest for 30 minutes.
- Place wings in a greased baking dish.
- Whisk together water or stock with flour until smooth, then pour over wings.
- Add cranberries and thyme to the dish. Cover with foil and bake for 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Prepare the glaze by boiling pomegranate juice, cranberries, and brown sugar; simmer and thicken with cornstarch mixture.
- Coat baked wings with glaze and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Serve hot with favorite sides.
