  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons Lawry's seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup water or chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole cranberries
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup organic brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons warm water

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Marinate turkey wings with olive oil, smoked paprika, seasoning salt, garlic, and onion powder. Let rest for 30 minutes.
  • Place wings in a greased baking dish.
  • Whisk together water or stock with flour until smooth, then pour over wings.
  • Add cranberries and thyme to the dish. Cover with foil and bake for 1 to 1.5 hours.
  • Prepare the glaze by boiling pomegranate juice, cranberries, and brown sugar; simmer and thicken with cornstarch mixture.
  • Coat baked wings with glaze and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve hot with favorite sides.

Wings can be marinated overnight for enhanced flavor.
Ensure wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) to avoid dryness.
