- Large Eggs (7)

- Brown Sugar (1/4 cup)

Instructions
- Cut bread into 1-inch cubes and let them dry.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread the cubed bread.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, cream, rum, sugars, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour custard over the bread, cover, and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.
