Description

These Brie and Fig Jam Puff Pastry Cups offer delightful flavors with creamy brie, sweet fig jam, and crunchy pecans, making them perfect for gatherings and easy entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 6 oz brie cheese
  • 1/3 cup fig jam
  • 1/3 cup toasted pecans
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (for drizzling, optional)
  • Flaky sea salt (for finishing, optional)

Instructions

  • Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant and lightly golden, then chop.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare a mini muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
  • Roll out puff pastry and cut into 24 squares.
  • Press each square into the muffin tin, creating cups.
  • Place a small piece of brie in each cup, top with fig jam and toasted pecans; add thyme if desired.
  • Bake for 16-17 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
