Description

Ingredients

  • Prosciutto (6 slices)
  • Sourdough Bread or Baguette (1 loaf)
  • Brie Cheese (8 ounces)
  • Pistachios (2-3 tablespoons crushed)
  • Hot Honey (2 tablespoons)
  • Thyme (1-2 teaspoons)
  • Sea Salt (½ teaspoon)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Arrange prosciutto slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
  • On another baking sheet, place one half of the sourdough loaf.
  • Slice and arrange Brie cheese over the bread.
  • Chop cooled prosciutto and set aside.

  • Drizzle hot honey over the melted Brie and top with prosciutto, pistachios, thyme, and sea salt.
