- 12 cups chopped butter croissants
- 3/4 cup salted butter + 2 tablespoons
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons On Everything All-Purpose Blend
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
- 2 large organic eggs, whisked
- 1 cup organic chicken stock
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish or griddle pan.
- Chop butter croissants into medium bite-sized pieces.
- Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic and onion until translucent, then add celery, seasoning and cook until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine croissant pieces, sautéed vegetables, whisked eggs, and chicken stock; stir gently.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish, optionally drizzle more stock and add butter pieces on top. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Ensure your eggs are at room temperature for better mixing.
For a crisper top, remove the foil during the last 10 minutes of baking.
Consider making it ahead of time; allow flavors to develop overnight.
