Description

This Candy Cane Fudge is the perfect holiday treat with creamy white chocolate, refreshing mint, and crunchy candy cane pieces—easy to make and share, offering delightful flavors and festive appeal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups (510g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup chopped candy cane pieces

Instructions

  • Line a 9×9" or 8×8" baking pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, heating for one minute and stirring until smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, then fold in the chopped candy cane pieces.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour until set.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate for the best results.
Chill time can be reduced by placing the fudge in the refrigerator instead of letting it set at room temperature.
For a stronger mint flavor, add a few drops of peppermint extract.
