Description

Caramel Brownie Cheesecake Bliss is a stunning dessert that combines rich brownie, creamy cheesecake, and sweet caramel. Perfect for gatherings or cozy nights at home.


Ingredients

  • Unsalted Butter (1 stick, 113 g)
  • Granulated Sugar (1 cup, 200 g)
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 cup, 85 g)
  • Fine Sea Salt (¼ teaspoon)
  • Vanilla Extract (½ teaspoon for brownie, 2 teaspoons for cheesecake)
  • Large Eggs (2 for brownie, 4 for cheesecake)
  • All-Purpose Flour (½ cup, 62 g)
  • Cream Cheese (24 ounces, 680 g)
  • Light Brown Sugar (½ cup, 100 g)
  • Heavy Cream (¼ cup, 60 ml)
  • Caramel Sauce (½ cup)
  • Optional: Drizzle additional caramel on top and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a springform pan.
  • Mix melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and sea salt in a bowl; add vanilla and eggs one by one, then fold in flour.
  • Pour brownie batter into the pan and bake for 15 minutes; allow to cool completely.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugars, cream, and eggs, mixing until combined; stir in vanilla.
  • Pour cheesecake mixture over the cooled brownie base; tap to remove air bubbles and bake for 55-60 minutes until edges are set.
  • Cool in oven with door ajar for 10 minutes; chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Remove from springform pan, drizzle with caramel, and serve.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, substitute all-purpose flour with a gluten-free blend.
Make sure cream cheese is softened at room temperature before mixing.
