Description

Cheese Ball Bites bring together delightful flavors of cream cheese, cheddar, and herbs, making them a perfect appetizer for gatherings. They’re easy to prepare and sure to impress your guests!


Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce block cream cheese softened
  • 4 ounces mascarpone cheese softened
  • 6 ounces finely grated sharp white cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans regular or candied pecans
  • 3/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced chives
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mascarpone cheese, mixing until smooth.
  • Incorporate finely grated sharp white cheddar cheese along with salt and pepper; blend thoroughly.
  • Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  • Spread chopped pecans and cranberries on two separate plates, then combine chives and parsley on a third plate.
  • Coat one-third of the cheese balls in chopped pecans, another third in cranberries, and the final third in the herb mixture.
  • Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
