Description

Cheeseburger Nachos combine all the delicious flavors of burgers with crispy chips. This easy, flavorful dish is perfect for game nights or cozy dinners at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ¼ cup yellow onion, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp hamburger seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1012 oz tortilla chips
  • 1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup dill pickles, finely diced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare baking sheet with parchment.
  • Cook ground beef and onion in oil until browned. Drain grease.
  • Add mustard, seasoning, and garlic powder; stir and cook.
  • Layer tortilla chips on baking sheet and top with beef mixture.
  • Spread cheddar cheese over beef and bake until melted (7-9 min).
  • Mix sour cream, ketchup, vinegar, and mustard for sauce.
  • Top nachos with pickles, tomatoes, lettuce and drizzle sauce.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Use gluten-free chips for a dietary-friendly option.
Can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or plant-based meat.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
