  • 1.5 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika or kashmiri chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable or avocado)

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken into 1.5-inch pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix the yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and spices to create a marinade.
  • Add the chicken to the marinade and coat thoroughly. Allow it to marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Place the chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 12–14 minutes, ensuring to flip halfway through to promote even cooking.
