Ingredients

- semisweet chocolate disks – 16 ounces

Instructions
- Place the semisweet chocolate disks in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue heating in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy.
- Add the peppermint extract to the melted chocolate and stir well until combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Using a fork, dip one Oreo cookie at a time in the chocolate, lifting it with the fork and tapping to remove excess chocolate.
- Transfer the chocolate-coated Oreo to the prepared parchment paper.
