- ½ cup flour (60 grams)
- 1 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 ½ tsp espresso powder
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 24 Hershey kisses
Instructions
- Mix the brownie mix, flour, melted butter, espresso powder, eggs, and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Chill the dough for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), roll dough into balls and coat with powdered sugar. Place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 7-9 minutes until edges are set. Remove and press a Hershey's kiss into the center of each cookie while warm.
- Allow cookies to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
