Description

This Christmas Cookie Lasagna Dessert features creamy layers and cookie crunch, combining rich chocolate and spicy gingerbread flavors perfect for festive celebrations.


Ingredients

  • Chocolate Chip or Gingerbread Cookies
  • Cream Cheese (8-ounce package, softened)
  • Whipped Topping (8-ounce tub)
  • Chocolate Chips or Festive Sprinkles (1 cup)
  • Fresh Raspberries or Cherries (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish and lay an even layer of cookies at the bottom.
  • Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then fold in the whipped topping and spread it over the cookies.
  • Add another layer of cookies over the cream cheese mixture.
  • Pour the remaining cream mixture on top and smooth it out, then refrigerate for at least four hours to set.
