- Apple
- Garlic

- Cranberry Walnut Bread

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 2-quart pan.
- Sauté chopped onions in olive oil until translucent, then add diced apples and cook until softened.
- Combine sautéed mixture with cubes of cranberry walnut bread in a large bowl.
- Whisk egg, heavy cream, chicken stock, salt, and pepper, then pour over bread cubes and mix well.
- Transfer mixture to greased baking dish, lightly coat top with olive oil spray, and bake for 30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute the egg with flaxseed meal mixed with water.
If the stuffing appears too dry, add a splash more chicken stock before baking.
