Description

  • Salt & Pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Yellow Onion
  • Brown or White Mushrooms
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • Beef Broth
  • Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Sear the chops in olive oil for 3-4 minutes in a skillet until golden.
  • Sauté onions and mushrooms in the same skillet until softened.
  • Add garlic, then stir in cream of mushroom soup and beef broth, simmering.
  • Return pork chops to the skillet and simmer until cooked through.

Notes
