- 6.5 ounces minced clams, drained
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
Instructions
- Mix softened cream cheese with reserved clam juice until smooth.
- Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce and mix until combined.
- Fold in green onions and minced clams, adding clam juice to reach desired consistency.
- Add Tabasco sauce to taste for a spicy kick.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with reserved ingredients.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
