Description

This creamy clam dip is a delightful blend of flavors with a rich, velvety texture. Perfect as an appetizer or snack, it’s easy to make and utterly delicious!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 6.5 ounces minced clams, drained
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • Tabasco sauce, to taste

Instructions

  • Mix softened cream cheese with reserved clam juice until smooth.
  • Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce and mix until combined.
  • Fold in green onions and minced clams, adding clam juice to reach desired consistency.
  • Add Tabasco sauce to taste for a spicy kick.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with reserved ingredients.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Can be frozen for up to three months; thaw in the fridge before reheating.
Adjust seasoning to taste, especially Worcestershire and Tabasco.
