  • Chili Flakes (¾ tsp)
  • Chicken Breasts (500 g)
  • Paprika (2 tsp)

  • Onion Powder (½ tsp)
  • Garlic Powder (½ tsp)
  • Dried Oregano (½ tsp)
  • Black Pepper (½ tsp)
  • Cayenne Pepper (¼ tsp)
  • Plain Flour (¼ cup)
  • Eggs (2 large, beaten)
  • Panko Breadcrumbs (1 cup)
  • Vegetable Oil (6-8 tbsp)
  • Feta Cheese (200 g)

Instructions

  • Whisk together honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes; set aside.
  • Slice chicken breasts to create cutlets and mix seasonings in half for flour and Panko.
  • Prepare three bowls: seasoned flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned Panko for breading.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and fry each cutlet for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Broil chicken cutlets with crumbled feta for 1-2 min until cheese is soft.
  • Drizzle hot honey mixture over cutlets before serving.
