Description

This Dorito Beef Taco Salad Bowl is a delightful mix of seasoned ground beef, fresh veggies, and crunchy Doritos, making it a quick and fun meal perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 oz packet taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup water
  • 9.5 oz bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup canned black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 cup canned corn (rinsed and drained)
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  • Warm a large pan over medium-high heat and add ground beef, cooking until browned.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and water, letting simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Layer Nacho Cheese Doritos at the bottom of each serving bowl.
  • Spoon seasoned beef over the chips in each bowl.
