Description

These Easy Churro Rice Krispie Treats combine the deliciousness of churros with the classic treat. With gooey marshmallows and a crunchy topping, they are perfect for any celebration or a delightful treat at home!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 10 oz Mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1½ tsp Ground cinnamon
  • â…“ cup Brown sugar
  • â…“ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Granulated sugar for topping
  • Nonstick spray or butter

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat until golden brown.
  • Add mini marshmallows, brown sugar, and cinnamon, stirring until melted and creamy.
  • Fold in Rice Krispies cereal until coated in the marshmallow mixture.
  • Add additional mini marshmallows for texture.
  • Grease a 9×13-inch pan and press the mixture into it.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mix on top while warm.
  • Allow to cool completely, then cut into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days.
For longer storage, refrigerate for a week or freeze for up to three months.
Use fresh marshmallows for the best texture and flavor.
