These Easy Churro Rice Krispie Treats combine the deliciousness of churros with the classic treat. With gooey marshmallows and a crunchy topping, they are perfect for any celebration or a delightful treat at home!

- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 10 oz Mini marshmallows
- ½ cup Unsalted butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1½ tsp Ground cinnamon
- â…“ cup Brown sugar
- â…“ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Granulated sugar for topping
- Nonstick spray or butter
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat until golden brown.
- Add mini marshmallows, brown sugar, and cinnamon, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Fold in Rice Krispies cereal until coated in the marshmallow mixture.
- Add additional mini marshmallows for texture.
- Grease a 9×13-inch pan and press the mixture into it.
- Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mix on top while warm.
- Allow to cool completely, then cut into squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days.
For longer storage, refrigerate for a week or freeze for up to three months.
Use fresh marshmallows for the best texture and flavor.
