- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)

- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Olive oil for cooking
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat or low-fat)
- 1/2 cucumber (grated and drained)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Combine all meatball ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Cook meatballs using your preferred method: bake, pan-fry, or air-fry until golden brown and cooked through.
- Prepare tzatziki by mixing all ingredients and letting it chill for 30 minutes.
- Serve meatballs with tzatziki sauce and enjoy.
Notes
Avoid over-mixing the turkey mixture to keep meatballs tender.
Let the meatball mixture sit for about 10 minutes before shaping for better texture.
