- 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 6 oz can of French fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Mix frozen green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Incorporate half of the French fried onions into the mixture, then pour it into the baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly.
- Top with remaining French fried onions and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can substitute fresh green beans for frozen, just slightly change cooking time.
For a healthier twist, use low-fat cream of mushroom soup.
