Description

This Green Goddess Veggie Pizza combines vibrant roasted asparagus, kale, and fresh mozzarella on a golden crust with a drizzle of homemade dressing. Perfect for quick dinners or gatherings, it’s a flavorful, nutritious option everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • Organic All-Purpose Flour
  • Warm Water
  • Organic Raw Honey
  • Rapid-Rise Yeast
  • Italian Seasoning Blend
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Pesto Sauce
  • Fresh Mozzarella
  • Granny Smith Apple
  • Asparagus
  • Chopped Kale
  • Chopped Pistachios
  • Green Goddess Dressing

Instructions

  • Activate the yeast by mixing warm water, honey, and yeast; let it foam for 5 minutes.
  • Combine flour and Italian seasoning with the yeast mixture until a soft dough forms.
  • Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
  • Shape the dough into an 11-inch circle and place it on a greased pizza pan.
