Description

Enjoy a fresh and flavorful Green Goddess Yogurt Dip with veggie platter. This dip blends creamy feta, yogurt, and vibrant herbs for an easy, wholesome snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 5 ounces of feta cheese
  • ½ cup of greek yogurt or yogurt of choice
  • 1 avocado, pitted and removed from skin
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of lemon juice
  • ½ cup of fresh dill, packed
  • ¼ cup of mint, packed
  • ½ cup of green onions, lightly chopped
  • â…“ cup of fresh basil, packed
  • 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • ¼½ cup of water to thin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor or blender.
  • Start with ¼ cup of water and add more if necessary to achieve the desired consistency.
  • Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until creamy and smooth, then gradually add the olive oil while blending.
  • Blend for an additional 30 seconds.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed before serving.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Refrigerate any leftovers to maintain freshness.
The dip’s color may change due to the avocado’s oxidation over time.
Adjust the consistency by adding more water as needed.
