  • Garlic Powder
  • Kosher Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Fresh Rosemary or Thyme

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice the sweet potatoes about 1/4 inch apart without cutting all the way through, using wooden spoons as guides.
