- 1 French Baguette, Sliced
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Crumbled Feta
- Balsamic Vinegar Glaze
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dice tomatoes and onions, removing seeds. Place in a medium bowl.
- Add basil, garlic, oregano, pepper, and salt to the bowl and mix well. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Slice baguette diagonally into 1-inch pieces and drizzle with olive oil.
- Arrange slices on the baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Top toasted slices with drained tomato mixture, adding balsamic glaze and feta if desired.
