- 9 cups (240g) Rice Krispies cereal
- ¼ cup (36g) mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan with foil and nonstick spray.
- Melt butter and 15 ounces of mini marshmallows over medium heat until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and hot cocoa mix until well combined.
- Fold in Rice Krispies cereal gently, then add remaining marshmallows.
- Press mixture into the prepared pan and top with mini chocolate chips.
- Cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then cut into squares.
