Ingredients
Scale
- 3 ½ cups white chocolate chips (22–24 ounces)
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup irish cream
- 1 cup shelled pistachios roughly chopped
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch × 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or tin foil, letting the liner hang over the sides for easy removal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, pour in the condensed milk and heat it for 1 minute.
- Place the white chocolate chips in a large glass bowl and pour the warm condensed milk over them. Let sit for 1 to 2 minutes, then stir until fully melted. If necessary, microwave the mixture for an additional 15 seconds and stir again.
- Add the Irish cream to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until fully combined, which may take a couple of minutes. Mix in 3/4 of the chopped pistachios until well incorporated.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle the reserved pistachios on top, gently pressing them into the surface.
- Refrigerate the fudge for 3 to 4 hours until firm. Once set, lift it out of the pan, peel off the liner, and cut into 25 pieces. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
For best results, ensure the chocolate is fully melted before adding other ingredients.
Store the fudge in the refrigerator to maintain its texture and freshness.
