Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, add Little Debbie cakes, then top with the remaining cheesecake mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to set.
- Make the ganache by heating heavy cream, pouring over chopped white chocolate, and stirring until smooth.
- Pour ganache over the chilled cheesecake and smooth it out.
