- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 1 ¼ cups water
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp cold water
- cooked rice
Instructions
- Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onion and green bell pepper until soft.
- Add chicken to the skillet, browning on both sides.
- Stir in canned mushrooms and warm through.
- Mix onion soup mix with water and Worcestershire sauce, bring to simmer.
- Whisk cornstarch with cold water, then add to thicken the gravy.
- Serve over rice and enjoy.
