Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 regular Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces full-fat brick cream cheese
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet or white chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil or coconut oil
  • Optional for garnish: sprinkles, Oreo crumbs, or additional melted chocolate

Instructions

  • Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  • Mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and chill for at least 1 hour.
  • Melt the chocolate and oil in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  • Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage, then tap off excess.
  • Add garnishes while the chocolate is still wet.
  • Chill the coated balls for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
Chill the balls before dipping them to keep their shape.
Try different types of chocolate for a variety in flavor.
