Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
  • Wash Brussels sprouts, trim ends, and slice in half.
  • (Optional) Par-cook Brussels sprouts in the microwave for 1 minute.
  • Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Arrange cut side down on the cookie sheet.
  • Roast for 15-30 minutes until golden, stirring occasionally.
  • In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the sprouts.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the baking sheet for crispy results.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
