- 1 pound Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
- Wash Brussels sprouts, trim ends, and slice in half.
- (Optional) Par-cook Brussels sprouts in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Arrange cut side down on the cookie sheet.
- Roast for 15-30 minutes until golden, stirring occasionally.
- In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the sprouts.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the baking sheet for crispy results.
