Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually mix into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Roll dough into one-inch balls, then coat in granulated sugar and place on baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden, then press a Hershey’s Kiss into each cookie while warm.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool completely.
