Description

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 0.5 cups Light Brown Sugar
  • 0.75 cups Unsalted Butter
  • 0.5 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 24 Milk Chocolate Hershey’s Kisses

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until light and fluffy.
  • Add egg and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually mix into wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Roll dough into one-inch balls, then coat in granulated sugar and place on baking sheets.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden, then press a Hershey’s Kiss into each cookie while warm.
  • Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Use a non-oily peanut butter to avoid greasy cookies.
Chill cookie dough for 30 minutes if it feels too sticky.
