- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 cups marinara sauce (divided)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 32 pepperoni slices
- 2 tsp parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough to about ¼–⅓ inch thick on a cutting board.
- Spread marinara sauce across the dough, leaving an inch clear at one long edge.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes over the sauce.
- Add mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni on top.
- Roll the dough into a tight log and slice into pinwheels.
- Place pinwheels on the baking sheet and bake for 22–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
Allow pinwheels to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
For crispier bottoms, place baking sheet on a preheated pizza stone.
