Description
Pizza Roll-Ups are a delightful blend of pepperoni, ham, and gooey mozzarella, all wrapped in crispy golden dough. Perfect for a quick dinner or a fun snack!
Ingredients
Scale
- 14 ounces refrigerated pizza dough
- ¾ cup marinara sauce
- 12 slices pepperoni
- 6 slices deli ham, roughly cut into squares
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- dipping sauce of your choice for serving
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle of about 12×10 inches and ¼ inch thick. Avoid rolling too thin to maintain shape.
- Spread marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a ½ inch border around the edges. Add pepperoni, ham, and mozzarella in an even, thin layer. Don't overstuff to prevent collapse during baking.
- Tightly roll the dough from the longer side, sealing the seams by pinching the dough. Slice into 12 equal pieces using a serrated knife and place them on the lined sheet pan, spacing them 3 to 4 inches apart.
- Prepare the garlic butter by mixing melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Lightly brush the tops and edges of the rolls with some garlic butter. Save some for later use.
- Bake for 15 minutes until the rolls are puffed up and golden brown. Brush with remaining garlic butter after baking. Serve warm with a dipping sauce.
Notes
Ensure the pizza dough is not rolled too thin to prevent collapse during baking.
