- 1/4 cup heavy cream

- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 cup chicken stock
Instructions
- Combine pork, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, paprika, sage, egg, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper in a bowl and form meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in skillet and brown meatballs for about 6 minutes.
- Boil sweet potatoes until fork-tender, then drain.
- In the skillet, add bourbon and scrape up browned bits, then mix in maple syrup, mustard, and chicken stock. Simmer.
- Add the meatballs to the sauce and cover, cooking until done.
- Mash sweet potatoes with butter, cream, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Whisk in cold butter to finish the sauce and serve over meatballs and sweet potatoes.
