- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a 10×15 inch sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Arrange the pretzel snaps in neat rows on the pan.
- In a saucepan, combine butter, dark brown sugar, and sea salt over medium heat and stir until melted.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring continuously for about 3 minutes until thickened.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the pretzels, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 5-6 minutes until bubbling and reaching around 300°F.
- Remove from oven, wait 2 minutes, and sprinkle chocolate chips over top.
- Let sit for 4-5 minutes until the chips melt, then spread smooth.
- Add any desired toppings before letting cool to set and break into pieces.
