Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons almond extract

  • 2/3 cup superfine almond meal

  • 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
  • Raspberry jam
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment.
  • Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add egg yolk and extracts, mix until combined.
  • Whisk together flour, almond meal, cornstarch, and salt in a separate bowl.
