Instructions
- Line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium-low heat, then add the marshmallows and lower the heat.
- Stir constantly to prevent sticking until the mixture is melted.
- Remove from heat and quickly mix in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined pan and press down evenly. Use butter or parchment paper on your hands to avoid sticking.
- Cool in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes, then cut into pieces as desired.
- Melt the white chocolate in a heat-safe bowl, either in the microwave or over a double boiler, adding food coloring if desired.
- Allow the chocolate to cool slightly, then transfer to a piping bag and drizzle over the treats, adding sprinkles if desired.
