- 48 Ritz crackers
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz milk chocolate melting wafers
- 8 oz white chocolate melting wafers
- 2 tsp coconut oil (divided)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread 1 tsp of peanut butter on one cracker, and create a sandwich with another cracker on top.
- Chill the sandwiches in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
- Melt milk chocolate with 1 tsp of coconut oil and white chocolate with the remaining coconut oil separately in microwave-safe bowls.
- Dip each sandwich into the melted chocolate, then place it back on the baking sheet.
- Chill again for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate is set.
Notes
Let peanut butter sit at room temperature for easy spreading.
Avoid overheating chocolate; stir consistently for smoothness.
