- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- optional: ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes, green beans, and sliced sausage with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Spread the mixture evenly across the prepared baking sheet in a single layer for even roasting.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and golden, and the green beans are slightly crispy.
