- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1/2 cup shredded Colby jack cheese
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped finely
- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Chop shrimp and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth; add cheddar, red bell pepper, green onion, Cajun seasoning, and lemon zest.
- Fold in chopped shrimp and crab meat until evenly incorporated.
- Spread the mixture in the baking dish and top with Colby jack cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
