Ingredients

  • 1 lb extra small shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cut into small pieces
  • 6 ounces canned lump crab meat
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Colby jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Chop shrimp and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth; add cheddar, red bell pepper, green onion, Cajun seasoning, and lemon zest.
  • Fold in chopped shrimp and crab meat until evenly incorporated.
