- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional – more as a drizzle
- ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
- ¼ cup berries, or any other fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
- ¼ cup homemade granola, or store bought granola
Instructions
- If you choose to use a sweetener, combine it with the Greek yogurt in a small bowl until well mixed.
- To assemble the parfait, layer half of the yogurt in the bottom of a mason jar or bowl. Add half of the fruit and half of the granola on top.
- Cover the first layer with the remaining yogurt, then top it off with the rest of the fruit and granola.
- For added sweetness, drizzle honey on top if desired. Serve right away.
