Description

This Slow Cooker Baileys Irish Cream Hot Chocolate brings an irresistible blend of chocolate and creamy Baileys together, creating a cozy drink perfect for gatherings or a treat after a long day. Ingredients

  • 8 oz. ghiradelli semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup baileys® irish cream
  • marshmallows or whipped cream

Instructions

  • Break up the chocolate squares and place them in the slow cooker.
  • Add the remaining ingredients except for the Baileys Irish Cream.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 1.5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  • Once hot, stir in the Baileys Irish Cream.
  • Set mugs, whipped cream, and a bowl of marshmallows next to the slow cooker for serving.
  • Keep the slow cooker on warm for up to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
