- 1/2 tsp oil (vegetable, canola, or coconut oil)
- 1/3 cup Butterfinger candy (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir gently.
- Fold in chopped Butterfinger candy.
- Scoop dough into balls and flatten slightly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until golden; cool on a wire rack.
- Melt chocolate chips with oil in the microwave and drizzle over cookies.
