  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup Butterfinger candy (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup milk chocolate chips (or any chocolate you prefer)
  • 1/2 tsp oil (vegetable, canola, or coconut oil)
  • 1/3 cup Butterfinger candy (chopped)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cream together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  • Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt.
  • Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir gently.
  • Fold in chopped Butterfinger candy.
  • Scoop dough into balls and flatten slightly on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes until golden; cool on a wire rack.
  • Melt chocolate chips with oil in the microwave and drizzle over cookies.
