Description

Instructions

  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  • Cream butter and sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy.
  • Beat in egg, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gradually add dry mixture to wet ingredients without overmixing.
  • Chill dough wrapped in plastic wrap for at least one hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Roll out dough and cut into shapes.
