Description

This Strawberry Daiquiri is a delightful blend of frozen strawberries and coconut rum, creating a refreshing and flavorful cocktail. With simple prep and fresh ingredients, it’s ideal for summer gatherings or a relaxing evening at home.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 lime , juiced
  • 1 cup white coconut rum , or white rum
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup

Instructions

  • Mix equal parts granulated sugar and water in a saucepan to create simple syrup. Cook over medium heat until the sugar fully dissolves, about 10 minutes. Use 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water.
  • Allow the simple syrup to cool completely.
  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve topped with additional rum and whipped cream if desired.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the amount of simple syrup to your taste preferences.
For a thicker daiquiri, add more frozen strawberries or reduce the amount of liquid.
Experiment with other fresh fruits for varied flavors.
