Description

These Strawberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies are a delightful treat, combining sweet strawberries with creamy white chocolate in a charming pink hue. Perfectly soft and chewy, they’re ideal for sharing on Valentine’s Day or enjoying any time you crave sweetness.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 2 Tbsp dry strawberry jello mix
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 (3.5 oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups of white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare cookie sheets.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, dry strawberry jello, and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract, mixing until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together flour, pudding mix, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined.
  • Fold in white chocolate chips gently.
  • Drop rounded dough onto prepared sheets and space them apart.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes until edges are golden and centers are set.
  • Cool cookies on pans for a few minutes before transferring to a rack.

Notes

Use room temperature butter for the best texture.
Don’t overbake; cookies should be soft in the center when pulled from the oven.
For a more intense strawberry flavor, add chopped strawberries.
