Description

These Sugar Cookie Truffles are a delightful, no-bake treat that brings the beloved flavors of sugar cookies into a bite-sized form. With creamy cream cheese, a coating of chocolate, and festive sprinkles, they are perfect for holiday gatherings or a sweet indulgence anytime.


Ingredients

  • About 1215 sugar cookies
  • 23 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate melting wafers

Instructions

  • Crush the sugar cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  • Mix softened cream cheese and vanilla extract into the cookie crumbs until combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls and freeze for about 20 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate wafers in the microwave until smooth.
  • Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and decorate with sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  • Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days or in the fridge for a week.
For longer storage, freeze for up to three months; thaw in the fridge before serving.
Add food coloring to white chocolate for colorful truffles.
