- 1 1/2 cups chocolate melting wafers
Instructions
- Crush the sugar cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Mix softened cream cheese and vanilla extract into the cookie crumbs until combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and freeze for about 20 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate wafers in the microwave until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and decorate with sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

For longer storage, freeze for up to three months; thaw in the fridge before serving.
